OurClassHub was first built for a local school in Kochi, Kerala, and grew through other local schools. It is now used by 4+ schools in Kochi, Kerala, and we are expanding to Indian schools in the UAE. Our founding schools help decide what we build next.

Simple, usage-based pricing

Start with a free 30-day trial, no card needed. After that you pay for the active students you have each month. A student counts once a month, even if they change class.

Pay for the students you actually have.

Active students per month: Rs 40 per active student per month, plus GST. Minimum Rs 4,000 per school per month, plus GST.

After India and the UAE, our next focus is Australia and New Zealand. It is on our 2027 roadmap and is not available today. We are reading what the education authorities publish so we plan the right things first.

Questions, answered

How do I join?

Schools register for a free trial. Teachers, parents and students join through their school: the school invites you, you open a one-time setup link, choose a password and sign in. If you have not received a link, ask your school office.

Who creates parent accounts?

Your school does. The school links each parent to their child and sends the setup link, so children's information is only shared with the right people.

Can my child sign up?

No. Your school sets up student accounts. Please do not try to sign up yourself.

Which schools is this for?

Primary schools in India (used by 4+ schools in Kochi, Kerala) and, as we expand, Indian schools in the UAE. We are adapting it for the CBSE, ICSE and Kerala State boards. Australasia (Australia and New Zealand) is on our 2027 roadmap and is not available yet. For other countries, talk to our sales team. Secondary schools are on our roadmap.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is usage-based: you pay for the active students you have each month. Current published rates, which are subject to change: Rs 40 per active student per month, plus GST (minimum Rs 4,000 per school per month), and AED 4 per active student per month, plus VAT (minimum AED 400 per school per month). There is a free 30-day trial and no card is needed. Ask sales about annual plans. For other countries, talk to our sales team.

Is my school's data kept separate?

Yes. OurClassHub is built so each school has its own separate space, and families see only their own children's records. Read more on the Security page.

Can my school ask for a feature?

Yes. Any school can send a feature request through the Community page. Our founding schools help decide what we build next. A public request board is on our roadmap.

Is Malayalam supported?

Not yet. OurClassHub is in English today and a Malayalam interface is on our roadmap.
