Community and roadmap
Built with the schools that use it
Schools know best what schools need. Any school can ask for a feature, and our founding schools help steer what we build next.
How schools shape the roadmap
Five steps from an idea to a release.
Step 1: Request
A school tells us what it needs, who it is for and why. Use the form on this page.
Step 2: Discuss
We talk the request through with schools and ask questions until it is clear.
Step 3: Steer
Our founding schools help steer priority and scope.
Step 4: Decide and share
We share the decision and the reason with schools, and add accepted items to the roadmap.
Step 5: Build and release
We build it, release it and close the request with a note.
We will publish how many schools sit in the steering group and how decisions are weighed.
On our roadmap
These are the directions we are working towards. We do not promise dates, and the order is not a ranking. Your requests can change it.
Public request board
A place for signed-in school users to submit requests, vote and comment, with decisions published.
Online fee payments
Let families pay school fees online.
Message translation for families
Messages shown in the language a family prefers.
Offline roll marking
Mark the roll without a connection, and install OurClassHub like an app.
Malayalam interface
OurClassHub is in English today. A Malayalam interface is on the way.
Australia and New Zealand, 2027
Our next market after India and the UAE.
Secondary schools
The same platform, shaped for subject teaching and older students.
Request a feature
Tell us what would make your school’s week easier. Say who it is for and why it matters. We read every request.
