Our 2027 roadmap

Australia: our 2027 roadmap

OurClassHub is not available to Australian schools yet. We plan to open to Australian primary schools in 2027. Until then, India and the UAE are our focus. If you are an Australian school, talk to our sales team.

What we are focused on for 2027

These are things we plan to support for Australian primary schools. They are planned, not built for Australia, and no dates are promised beyond 2027.

  • Foundation to Year 6 on the same platform, with curriculum versions chosen by your school.

  • Curriculum-aligned evidence and reports, with an A to E scale and labels your school can edit.

  • Roll marking with absence reasons mapped to national attendance categories. States differ, so codes can be edited.

  • NCCD adjustment-level recording for students who need extra support.

  • NAPLAN results import.

  • Restricted handling of sensitive student fields, visible only to school administrators and managers.

Pricing will be announced later. Talk to our sales team.

Notes from the education authorities

These notes summarise what official bodies publish, in our own words and as we read them. They show what we plan to support. They are not legal advice and not a statement that we comply with anything.

  • Australian Curriculum (ACARA)

The Australian Curriculum covers Foundation to Year 10 and is built from learning areas, general capabilities and cross-curriculum priorities.

What we plan to support: curriculum-aligned evidence and reporting.

  • NAPLAN (ACARA)

NAPLAN is a national measure of literacy and numeracy. Students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 take it, and it is delivered online.

What we plan to support: importing NAPLAN results next to a student’s other records.

  • NCCD (Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability)

The NCCD uses four levels of adjustment, from quality differentiated teaching practice up to extensive adjustments. Teams choose the level using professional judgement and evidence.

What we plan to support: recording a student’s adjustment level, with the evidence kept in one place.

  • Australian Privacy Principles (Office of the Australian Information Commissioner)

The 13 Australian Privacy Principles are the cornerstone of the Privacy Act 1988. They cover how personal information is collected, used and disclosed, and people’s rights to access and correct it.

What we plan to support: restricted student data handling. How the Act applies to each school is for the school and its own advisers to confirm.
