OurClassHub is a cloud-based learning and school platform. Features are described on the Features page. Descriptions are not a promise that a feature will suit every school or stay unchanged.

No uptime, support response time or availability commitment is given on this draft page.

• Invite only people who are entitled to use the school account, and keep their roles correct.
• Have the consents and notices your school needs before entering student information.
• Keep sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think an account is not secure.
• Follow your own education authority and child-protection requirements.

• Use the platform for school purposes only.
• Do not try to see another school’s data or another family’s records.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
• Do not interfere with the platform or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission.

Pricing is usage-based, per active student per month, in Indian rupees (plus GST) for India and UAE dirhams (plus VAT) for the UAE, with a free 30-day trial and no card needed. The current published rates are on the Pricing page and are subject to change. Other billing terms are to be added once approved by the owner.

Limits on liability and any warranties are to be drafted by counsel. This draft makes no promise either way.

How a school ends its use of the service, how long it has to export its records, and when data is removed are to be defined with counsel. See the Privacy page for retention.
