OurClassHub is priced by usage. Each month your school pays for its active students, plus applicable taxes.

What we count
One unit is one active student for one month. An active student is a student record that was enrolled at any point in the calendar month. They count once a month, even if they change class, leave and rejoin, or are in several classes.
Not counted: staff, guardians, and records that were archived or never enrolled.
We plan to record a monthly usage snapshot for each school and show it to the school, so the count can be checked.

- India: Rs 40 per active student per month, plus GST. Minimum Rs 4,000 per school per month, plus GST.
- UAE: AED 4 per active student per month, plus VAT. Minimum AED 400 per school per month, plus VAT.
